At Black Girl Skncare, we are committed to providing high-quality body care and skincare products while ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our policy below before placing your order.


Shipping Policy 

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow additional time during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.


Black Girl Skncare is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.


Returns & Exchanges 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any body care or skincare items. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity.


Customer Satisfaction Guarantee 

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the product purchase price. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.


Damaged Items 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once verified, a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost.


Store Credit 

In applicable cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Store credit can be used toward future purchases and does not expire.
